RETURNS, EXCHANGES and RESIZING

We understand that sometimes your order needs to change, or that our sizes might differ from what a customer is familiar with. We get it, so we try to make returns, exchanges or resizing easy.

Start by getting in touch with us. click on the ‘contact us’ link and send an email describing the issue and we will deal with each return, exchange or resizing on a case by case basis.

Many times our products inspire customers to want something similar to a finished item, but not the exact item listed. We are happy to accommodate custom orders and create a belt or bag that is just right for you.

COMMON QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS

“I got my belt and it doesn’t quite fit. Can I exchange it for another belt?” -The general answer here is, “no”. We can, however, resize belts that are too big by simply adding more holes to it, or by removing the buckle and shortening the belt itself without creating more holes. This second option often retains the original aesthetics of the belt while making it fit better.

“The belt I ordered is too short.” - Much like hair that is cut too short, there is no fix for this. Each purchase comes with a discount code for a future purchase. This might be a good place to use that, but again, each issue will be addressed on a case by case basis.

“The bag/wallet isn’t exactly like what was pictured.” - We take photos detailing each individual piece that we make. We keep the colors true and disclose any rips, tears or significant wear outside of what would be perceived as normal for recycled material. In fact, those “beauty marks” are often highlighted and are what set apart one piece from another. Feel free to ask for additional photos of any of items so you can be sure and secure before making your purchase.

“My custom order isn’t what I expected it to be.” - Custom orders are exactly that… custom. This means that you get what you order. We are very transparent in every step of creating a custom product and send photos throughout the production process for customer verification. Just like our finished items posted on the website, we keep the colors true and expose and disclose any material flaws and defining characteristics. Because a custom order is, well, custom, we do not accept returns of any custom made orders.
